This is why the new BRBNI High Roof Kit for Stellantis K9 L2 was developed for Fiat Doblò, Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo and Opel Combo with diesel/petrol engines and rear hinged doors.
It is a solution designed to offer more usable volume, better accessibility and new conversion possibilities, while maintaining the compact size of a light commercial vehicle.
More Space, Same Agility
The kit increases the height of the roof and rear doors by approximately 30 cm, bringing the available cargo volume up to 4.8 m³.
The result is a compact yet much more versatile vehicle, ideal for companies, fleets, craftsmen and professional operators looking for greater capacity without moving directly to a higher vehicle category.
With a rear loading access height of 1,440 mm, loading and unloading become easier, especially when handling equipment, professional modules or bulky materials.
A Solution Between Small Vans and Medium Vans
The Doblò K9 L2 with BRBNI High Roof Kit is positioned as a smart solution between compact vans and medium-sized vans.
It offers more volume than a standard small van, while keeping compact dimensions and greater practicality in urban areas, frequent deliveries and daily technical operations.
In short: more working space, without turning the vehicle into an oversized van.
Two Configurations: Cargo and Passenger Transport
The kit is available in two main configurations:
Cargo transport
Designed for urban logistics, mobile workshops, equipment transport, technical services, deliveries and professional conversions. The load compartment can be completed with CoverABS interior linings to create a more protected, washable and functional space.
Passenger transport
Ideal for mobility and assisted transport solutions, thanks to improved interior space and wider rear access, compatible with different types of lifting systems.
Reduced Weight and Operational Advantage
One of the key strengths of the project is the balance between internal volume and vehicle weight.
With an indicative tare weight from 1,510 kg and a gross vehicle weight below 2,500 kg, depending on the version, the Doblò K9 L2 with BRBNI High Roof offers high usable volume while maintaining a reduced vehicle weight.
This can represent an important advantage for fleets and professional operators, also in relation to the new European tachograph regulations expected from 1 July 2026 for light commercial vehicles above 2.5 tonnes used in international transport or cabotage operations.
Professional Kit, Qualified Installation
The kit consists of a steel structure covered with internal and external panels made of 100% recycled ABS.
The project is recognised by Stellantis and supplied with a Letter of Non-Objection to Conversion, supporting the vehicle transformation process.
Installation is carried out exclusively by official BRBNI partners trained for correct assembly.
