Car Fibreglass is developing new ABS solutions for the KIA PV5 Cargo, one of the most promising platforms in the electric commercial vehicle sector.
The project is built on a complete and modular approach, designed to meet the real needs of bodybuilders and professional users. On one side, the CoverABS kit provides a full interior lining solution for the cargo area. On the other, a range of BRBNI ABS Components offers flexibility for custom configurations and targeted installations.
The CoverABS system for KIA PV5 is designed to enhance surface protection while ensuring a clean, durable and easy-to-maintain cargo space. Thanks to the properties of ABS and the design of the panels, the kit is suitable for applications requiring compliance with HACCP standards, making it ideal for sectors suchfood and pharmaceutical transport.
Installation follows the EasyFix logic, allowing for fast and non-invasive fitting while preserving the integrity of the vehicle.
A key aspect in the development of the kit is its overall weight, which ranges between approximately 50 and 60 kg. This has been carefully engineered to provide protection and durability without affecting the performance of electric vehicles. In a context where every kilogram directly impacts driving range, CoverABS becomes an ideal solution for the KIA PV5, helping to preserve vehicle autonomy without compromising on quality.
